I established Coyote Fitness to help people meet their fitness goals and share my experiences of going from 'Fat to Fit' whilst working full-time in a corporate environment (more about that under 'About Me').
My philosophy is to make fitness accessible for everyone; I do not believe in a one-size fits all regime and that there are no shortcuts to build strength and fitness that will last a lifetime .
Through personal and semi-personal training, group sessions, workshops and an online support community, everyone can work towards their goals in a structured way. I am there to help you throughout the way.
